Document templates are designed fit any project or business need. Documents created in MS Word use a document template to create a new document. The document template pre-determines several important settings for the new document created, including:

Word styles are established formatting instructions that can be applied throughout the document. The instructions cover fonts, bolding, paragraph settings, outline numbering and many other factors. Some projects require multiple MS word files and using a template provides a consistent “look & feel” throughout each document.
